Manufacturing Process
Design the tank and create a mold for shaping. Prepare and melt high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin pellets. Shape the melted plastic into a hollow tube called a parison. Use compressed air to expand and shape the parison within the mold. Cool the mold to solidify the plastic and maintain the desired shape. Trim excess plastic and add finishing touches. Conduct quality control checks to ensure the tank meets standards. Test and certify the tank for potable water storage if required. Package the tanks for transportation. Distribute the tanks to retailers or customers
